Dr Antoinette Roberts

A self-described fixer with a PhD in Business Leadership, Antoinette built her career on the operating side: fourteen years at Clover SA in sales and business development, then PepsiCo as Process Manager and Project Director, before serving as Group Executive for Human Capital & Transformation at Blue Label Telecoms.

She founded Bridging & Associates to work the seams where strategy, process and leadership meet, bringing boardroom counsel grounded in delivery.
